Return & Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item(s).

Return conditions
Returned items should be in their original condition and should not have been worn, washed, damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Tags should remain attached where possible.

You may try on clothing as you would in a physical store. If a product has been used or handled more than necessary and this results in a loss of value, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Refunds
Once you have informed us that you are withdrawing from your purchase, we will refund the amount due within 14 days. We may wait until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

For a full order return, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or product, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Personalised products
Products that have been made or personalised specifically for an individual customer may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
