These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by redeemedstreetwear, established in the Netherlands.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
1. About Us
redeemedstreetwear is an online retailer of clothing, fashion accessories, phone accessories, wall art and related lifestyle products.

2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible, including colours, materials, sizes and other characteristics.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or display settings.
Product availability may change at any time. Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency applicable to your selected market.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown where required before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
For international orders, customers may also be responsible for import duties, customs charges or local taxes where applicable. Where taxes or duties are collected by us at checkout, this will be shown before payment.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example in the event of:
- an obvious pricing or product information error;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- unavailable stock;
- an invalid or undeliverable address; or
- circumstances that prevent us from legally fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the relevant payment service provider. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, prices and estimated transit times are shown during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our own order processing time may be additional to the carrier's estimated transit time.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, you may receive tracking information where available.
For delivery to a service or pickup point, customers may be required to select a pickup location during or after checkout.

7. International Orders
We ship only to destinations for which a shipping option is available during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information, customs inspections or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who are legally entitled to a cooling-off period may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the legally applicable return period.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the cancellation/withdrawal functionality available on our website, the applicable withdrawal form, or by contacting us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including products that have been specifically personalised for an individual customer.

9. Returns and Refunds
Products may be inspected in the same way that would reasonably be possible in a physical shop.
If a returned product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to deduct any resulting reduction in value from the refund where permitted by law.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

10. Defective or Incorrect Products
Products sold to consumers are covered by applicable statutory conformity and warranty rights.
If a product is defective, damaged, does not match what was ordered or does not provide what a consumer may reasonably expect from it, please contact us.
Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer warranty rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including our branding, designs, photographs, graphics, text and other materials, are owned by or licensed to redeemedstreetwear and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use such content without permission, except where permitted by law.

- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to violate the rights of others;

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party providers for services including payments, shipping, analytics and other functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law, but this does not affect any rights you have against us as the seller of your products.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was concluded.
This section does not limit our responsibility to provide products that comply with the purchase agreement.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as major carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, government measures or other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

These Terms and purchase agreements with redeemedstreetwear are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections granted to you under the laws that would otherwise apply in your country of residence.
Any dispute will be handled by a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
